Shipping & Deliveries

1. Dispatch & Processing Time

We know how excited you are to receive your Zuzu Minis order! All orders are processed, packed, and handed off to our courier partners same-day or next-day (within 0-1 business days, excluding holidays) to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping (2-7 business days) across India for all orders above ₹1,250 ($15). For orders below ₹1,250, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

Express Shipping: Expedited express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for select pincodes for a flat fee of ₹50, and becomes fully free for orders above ₹1,500.

3. Local Bengaluru Express Delivery & Pickup

For our local customers in Bengaluru, we offer same-day express delivery (via Dunzo/Porter) on orders placed before 2:00 PM IST. We also offer free **Store Pickup** directly from our boutique in Kathriguppe, Banashankari.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email/SMS. You can track your shipping status live using our tracking page.

5. Damages & Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@zuzuminis.com with your order number. To help us process replacements or refunds quickly, customers are required to provide an **unboxing video** showing the package opening and highlighting the damage.
