1. Defective Returns Only
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must provide proof of the defect, such as an unboxing video or detailed photos, sent to support@zuzuminis.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Product Proof & Inspection
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged garment, you must record a continuous, unedited video showing the opening of the package and highlighting the defect. This ensures quick validation and protects the boutique's standards.
3. Exchanges Accepted
We happily accept exchanges for sizing or styles. If you would like an exchange, please contact us at support@zuzuminis.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once your proof is validated and the item is inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
