• Shiprocket: Facilitates shipping logistics, handles bookings with domestic courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.), and drives tracking calculations.
• Zoho: Synchronizes offline POS invoices, inventories, customer support profiles, and initiates customer notifications.
• Cloudinary: Stores, processes, and serves product images and storefront assets.
• Resend: Delivers transactional emails, including purchase confirmations and invoice notifications.
• PostHog: Processes anonymized analytics to help us observe and optimize website performance.

All of our subprocessors are vetted for security compliance and are strictly prohibited from utilizing your personal data for any purpose other than executing these designated platform functions.

4. Your Rights & Data Erasure (Right to Deletion)

We believe in giving you full ownership of your and your children's data. You have the right to access, correct, or request the immediate deletion of any details stored in our databases.

If you wish to delete child profiles, clear shopping history, or completely erase your customer account and associated information, please contact us at support@zuzuminis.com or reach out to us directly through WhatsApp. All erasure requests are processed without undue delay, and data is scrubbed securely from our systems.
